GROUP TRAINING SPECIALISTS

Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. But at EDC GYM, we make it fun. We’ve created a gym, a Group Training timetable and most importantly an atmosphere that gives you the best opportunity of achieving your fitness goals whilst enjoying the journey. Showing up can be the hardest part. Let us take care of the rest.

FREE 7 DAY PASS

At EDC we offer a weekly schedule of group training sessions designed to improve strength, fitness & shred fat. If you’re unsure whether EDC is for you, then come and try us out FREE for 7 days, with unlimited access to our group sessions.

Terms: 1 pass per person. Pass can only be used for group sessions. Group sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

The Personal Touch

All our sessions planned & programmed just like a personal training session.  You receive nutrition coaching, body stats and goal setting/motivational check ins with your coach.  You’ll also receive access to our App for booking & private Facebook group.
